• Share account credentials with third parties
• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or interfere with the Platform
• Use automated systems to access the Platform without permission

3.1 Subscription Plans

We offer various subscription tiers with different features. All prices are in USD unless otherwise specified. Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

3.2 Billing

• Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle
• You must cancel at least 24 hours before renewal to avoid charges
• We reserve the right to change subscription prices with 30 days notice
• Taxes are not included unless specified

3.3 Payment Methods

We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and cryptocurrency payments. All payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors.

3.4 Free Trial

Free trials, when offered, require valid payment information. If not canceled before the trial ends, you will be automatically enrolled in a paid subscription.

4.1 Signal Use

• All trading decisions are your sole responsibility
• Signals are not financial advice
• Past performance does not guarantee future results
• You should consult with a qualified financial advisor

4.2 Restrictions

You may not:

• Resell, redistribute, or share signals with non-subscribers
• Use signals for automated trading without our written consent
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract our AI models
• Use the Platform to develop a competing service

5.1 Ownership

TheRetroSignal retains all rights, title, and interest in the Platform, including:

• All software, algorithms, and AI models
• Website design, graphics, and user interface
• Brand names, logos, and trademarks
• Documentation, guides, and training materials

5.2 License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:

• Access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes
• Use signals for your personal trading decisions
• Share limited signal information as permitted by your subscription

5.3 User Content

By submitting content to the Platform (feedback, reviews, etc.), you grant us a perpetual license to use, modify, and display that content.

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We disclaim all warranties, including:

• Accuracy: We do not warrant that signals will be accurate, timely, or error-free
• Availability: We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Platform
• Profitability: We do not guarantee that following our signals will result in profits
• Security: We implement security measures but cannot guarantee absolute security

6.1 Market Risks

Financial markets are volatile and unpredictable. Our AI models analyze historical data and patterns, but cannot predict future market movements with certainty.

6.2 Technical Issues

We are not responsible for losses resulting from technical issues, including:

• Platform downtime or maintenance
• Delayed or missed signals
• Internet connectivity issues
• Third-party broker or exchange problems

7.1 Exclusion of Damages

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TheRetroSignal shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or trading capital
• Emotional distress or reputational harm
• Claims arising from third-party actions

7.2 Cap on Liability

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the subscription in the six months preceding the claim.

7.3 Essential Purpose

You acknowledge that the limitations of liability in this section are fundamental elements of this agreement and TheRetroSignal would not provide the Platform without these limitations.

8.1 By User

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support or using account cancellation features. Subscription fees are non-refundable upon termination.

8.2 By TheRetroSignal

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

• You violate these Terms and Conditions
• We suspect fraudulent or illegal activity
• Required by law or regulation
• For operational or security reasons

8.3 Effect of Termination

• Your right to use the Platform immediately ceases
• All outstanding fees become immediately due
• We may retain your data as required by law
• Intellectual property rights survive termination

9.1 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

9.2 Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved as follows:

1. Negotiation: Parties shall attempt to resolve disputes amicably within 30 days
2. Mediation: If negotiation fails, parties shall attempt mediation
3. Arbitration: Any unresolved disputes shall be settled by binding arbitration in Delaware

9.3 Class Action Waiver

You waive any right to participate in class actions or class arbitrations. All claims must be brought individually.

9.4 Jurisdiction

You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the courts located in Delaware for any legal actions.

10.1 Modification Rights

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance.

10.2 Notification

• Major changes will be notified via email 30 days in advance
• All changes will be posted on this page
• The "Effective Date" at the top indicates when terms were last updated

10.3 Your Responsibility

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of changes will mean you accept those changes.
